Born in Singapore, Butch moved to the U.S at the age of 25 with less than $800. He was fortunate to have met several kind people who offered help and was grateful to work under some of the best mentors in business. It provided an incredible opportunity to learn and lead accordingly. He has since made it  his life mission to pay it as much forward as he pays it back.
